This batch was pretty terrible - let’s be honest, it was basically moonshine.
We were so concerned about preserving every bit of alcohol out of the system we weren't as harsh about the flavour, we learned a lot about how to blend a fruit distilled product to include the right amount of tails to get the fruit flavour through.
