Grown on the Mornington Peninsula, these sweet and soft blueberries are surrounded by 30 acres of nature. Handpicked, cooled and juiced by the Kloe family; then distilled by us to bring you a boutique spirit you won’t find anywhere else in the world.
Not overly sweet and perfect straight or mixed, this spirit reminds us of German Schnapps.

“The blueberry notes are quite restrained but fresh. The sweetness is balanced. Finishes a little hot but clean spirit.”
“Subtle sweet fruit notes. Sweet, berry, sugar sweet flavours. Medium length and finish. Cider like nose, brilliant colour.”
